Smoothie

I recently tried a new smoothie that I love! It contains an excellent combination of protein and carbohydrates.  For a complete, easy and delicious breakfast, just add 2 tablespoons of almonds on the side. Yummy!

10 ounces of soymilk (light vanilla is best), hempmilk or almond milk
1 cup of frozen berries
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
Add a few ice cubes and Blend.

I make this the night before so I can grab and go in the morning.  It is so easy!
