Bliss Balls

I made these lastnight for our dessert and they were Bliss!

1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/3 cup of agave nectar
3-5 tbsp of cocoa powder
sprinkle of cinnamon

Blend 1 cup of sunflower seeds and 1/2 cup of almonds in a blender until the consistency is like a flour substance. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Spoon out the mixture into balls and freeze for about 20 minutes and serve.

Also, for the smoothie recpie I have below, try adding 1/2 an avocado to it. It will provide some essential healthy fats that will help to keep you feeling fuller longer. Also, if you are trying to add more fiber and greens to your diet, add a handful of fresh spinach. You will never be able to taste it, but you will reap the health benefits.
