Paleo Follow-Up

It has been a little over a week now that I have started following the Paleo nutrition ways. It has been a pleasurable experience with lots of delicious food, including an abundance of vegetables, some fruits, and quality meats with some divine wine to help wash it all down.

 I have felt great this past week with high energy levels, no gastrointestinal disturbances and noticeable improvement in my sinus congestion. This lifestyle seems to agree with my body type and is easy to follow. It naturally removes all my food allergies and other food items that I use to eat, but not necessarily nutritionally sound (such as tortilla chips). The first couple days were an adjustment, but then foods that lack nourishment for my body naturally became less appealing.
