Since my last post, I have discovered something amazing....Chocolate Coconut Milk Ice Cream. Below is the link you can visit to learn more about the product. It is completely gluten, wheat, dairy and casein free. It is not only delicious, but even contains 6 grams of fiber per serving. Seriously, what more could a girl want? Yummy!! Also, since my last post I have dined out a few times and been pleasantly surprised. I went to PF Chang's, The Weber Grill and Pizzeria Uno's. All of these fabulous establishments have a large gluten free menu. PF Chang's even has gluten free soy sauce (free) you can ask your waiter for it. My experience at the Weber grill was good, but it is still not my favorite place. However, everyone should experience it at least once. Pizzeria Uno's has one of the best gluten free menus! It even includes a gluten free pizza!! I had it without cheese and was in heaven! They even have a gluten free beer on the menu! This is now on my top 5 list of favorite places to dine.
