Sorry for taking so long to write again....so back to some supplements.
L-glutamine (1000mg twice a day on an empty stomach) this can be a lifesaver. It helps to control carb cravings, which is a lot of what we as gluten free cannot eat. It also has shown to help repair leaky gut syndrome so beneficial to the stomach as well.
Black walnut (1 dropper in water two times a day) This is good for killing parasites (yeast) inside your body. A lot of times people with allergies, especially gluten and wheat, will have problems with yeast. The problems can present themselves in different ways, Candidia, yeast infections etc. It is because your body hold onto and has a difficult time breaking down the yeast inside your intestines, therefore, there is a yeast buildup.
Artichoke extract: This is good for supporting the gallbladder (may have already mentioned this one).
Again, with supplements it is all about finding what works well for your body. It is important to buy quality products though and check the labels. Anything with the word yeast, is out. If you go to Whole Foods or another health food store, their vitamins should say gluten, wheat, dairy, etc free. Otherwise, vitamins can be a hidden allergy source.

Energ-G brand white rice pasta
Sauce: Bertolini tomato basil, but add some basil, oregano, crushed red pepper and ground turkey or beef
