I just tried this for the first time and had to share my new sugar free, dairy free, low calorie indulgence. It satisfied my chocolate craving without sabotaging my healthy diet.
3 teaspoons of Hershey's unsweetened Special Dark Chocolate Cocoa powder (http://www.hersheys.com/products/details/cocoa.asp)
1 tsp stevia
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Heat the almond milk in the microwave for 2 minutes. In another cup mix together the cocoa powder and stevia. Add the hot almond milk to the cocoa mixture. Add the vanilla and mix all together. Then sip and enjoy your chocolate dessert. All for under 50 calories!
