Pumpkin Pie in a Bowl

This is another one of my favorite soups for fall. It is quick, easy and does not involve a stove (my kind of cooking). It is from Natalia Rose's Detox for Women and is served cold. Try it and let me know your thoughts.

Pumpkin Pie in a Bowl

  • 32 ounce carrot juice (I make my own in a juicer, but you can buy it at the store too).
  • 1 cup sweet potato peeled cubed (~ 2 small sweet potatoes)
  •  1 or 2 packet stevia or drops (NuNaturals brand is best)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Place all ingredients in a blender and enjoy! 

**Also, pumpkin pie spice is great to add to your coffee this time of year.
